Top 10 'Healthy' Starbucks Drinks!
Florida has decided to pour rain all day today so I am sitting inside watching movies, catching up on the blog, and drinking my coffee.
While drinking my coffee I finally have the time to sit down and write a post about all of my "Healthy" Starbucks drink alternatives. I have even got to the point where I don't even like drinking the regular drink items anymore. I almost always order using the Starbucks Mobile App, it makes it easy if you're worried about ordering the right thing or getting weird looks! Everyone always asks me what I get at Starbucks and finally writing it all out to share! *all of these drinks are estimated calories and can be modified for personal taste choices*
PS: I live in Florida so almost all are iced coffee's but can easily be converted to a hot coffee!
All of the coffee's sugar and milk can be substituted. For example: Splenda exchanged for stevia, and almond/coconut/soy/fat-free milk for half & half!
So, without further-ado, here are my TOP 10 'Healthy' Starbucks Drink Orders:
1. VENTI VANILLA COLD BREW (My everyday go to coffee) ~ 90 calories
How to Order: "Venti Cold Brew, with Sugar-Free Vanilla, 1 Splenda and Half & Half."
*6 pumps is the standard for syrups in a Venti and you could always substitute Splenda for stevia, and the half & half for almond/coconut milk if you prefer less fat and calories*
2. VENTI ICED CARAMEL MACCHIATO
~ 105 calories
How to Order: "Venti Cold Brew with 5 pumps SF Vanilla, 1 pump caramel syrup, 1 Splenda, light splash half & half, and light caramel drizzle."
3. ICED WHITE MOCHA
~ 90 calories
How to Order: "Grande Iced Coffee, no classic syrup, 3 pumps SF Vanilla, 1 pump White Chocolate Mocha, 1 Splenda, and light half & half."
4. ICED BLACK AND WHITE MOCHA ~110 calories
How to Order: "Grande Iced Coffee, no classic syrup, 2 pumps SF Vanilla, 1 pump White Chocolate Mocha, 1 pump Skinny Mocha, and light half & half."
5. CARAMEL NITRO COLD BREW
~ 30 calories
How to Order: "Grande Nitro Cold Brew with 3 pumps sugar-free vanilla syrup, 1 pump Caramel syrup, and a light splash of half & half."
6. VANILLA GREEN TEA LATTE
~ 90 calories
How to Order: "Grande iced green tea latte with almond milk, 1 scoop of Matcha, and 3 pumps of SF vanilla."
7. CHAI TEA LATTE ~ 80 calories
How to Order: "Grande iced or hot Chai Tea Latte with 1 pump chai, 1 Splenda, 2 pumps SF vanilla and almond milk. Top with Extra Cinnamon Powder."
8. HOT FLAT WHITE ~ 100 calories
How to Order: "Grande flat white with steamed almond milk, 2 pumps SF vanilla, and 1 Splenda."
9. DOUBLE SHOT ON ICE
~ 60 Calories
How to Order: "Grande Blonde Double Shot on ice, no classic syrup, 4 pumps SF vanilla, 1 Splenda, and almond milk."
10. CINNAMON DOLCE COLD BREW ~ 60 calories
How to Order: "Grande Cold Brew, 2 pumps SF Vanilla, 2 pumps SF Cinnamon dolce, 1-2 Splenda, and light half & half."
